Is there a way around this? In reply to deleted message. It came with Vista, ran with Windows 8. The option to upgrade has now disappeared, presumably because it doesn’t think I can upgrade so Displa can’t see the error message anymore. How can I contact the manufacturer for support? I updated via the media creation tool to Win10 and afterwards manually installed a driver via device manager from the driver package for Vista I had on the harddrive.
